Web hosting by ICDSoft

To order a new domain and hosting package at ICDSoft:

  1. Click on the ICDSoft banner above to go to the ICDSoft website through the Bumbleroot Design affiliate ID.
  2. Select one of the payment plans that says New domain. The basic plan is sufficient for most informational small business websites; you can always upgrade later if your website generates significant traffic.
  3. Fill in the remaining information including the domain name you want to register, click Order, and follow the remaining instructions. You will need to provide a payment method during the process.
  4. Forward all ICDSoft/Suresupport e-mails to setup@bumblerootdesign.com.

To move an existing website and domain to ICDSoft:

  1. Click on the ICDSoft banner above to go to the ICDSoft website through the Bumbleroot Design affiliate ID.
  2. Go to the Order tab.
  3. Select one of the payment plans that says Use my already registered domain name. The basic plan is sufficient for most informational small business websites; you can always upgrade later if your website generates significant traffic.
  4. Fill in the remaining information including your existing domain name, click Order, and follow the remaining instructions. You will need to provide a payment method during the process.
  5. To transfer your domain to ICDSoft, click here to go to ICDSoft's Additional Payments page. The one-time fee for domain name transfers is $10.
  6. Within the Additional Payments page, enter the required information. For the Payment Reason, enter "Initiate domain name transfer of [enter domain name here] to ICDSoft". Select a payment method, click Order, and follow the remaining instructions.
  7. Check your e-mail often; you will need to confirm the domain name transfer within 24 hours of receipt. Reply immediately to confirm the transfer.
  8. Forward all ICDSoft/Suresupport e-mails to setup@bumblerootdesign.com.
  9. Once the hosting account is activated, Bumbleroot Design will move your existing website to ICDSoft. The domain transfer does not need to be complete before this step.
